1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website for The Cube (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Event Details

The Cube is a multi-zone cultural and entertainment event scheduled for June 18 to 20, 2026, at Aloki, Dhaka. We reserve the right to modify event dates, times, lineup, venue, or format at any time without prior notice.

3. Ticket Purchases

Ticketing is handled by Quicket (quicket.me). All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled in its entirety. In case of full cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket face value. We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities per person. Quicket's own terms of service and refund policies also apply to your purchase.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Resale of tickets at a price above face value is prohibited.
  • We may cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.
  • Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises without refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior.
  • Violation of venue rules or local laws.
  • Possession of prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances).
  • Unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation.

5. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at The Cube is voluntary. You acknowledge that live events carry inherent risks including but not limited to loud noise, crowding, physical activity, and weather conditions. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the 3D WebGL experience, images, and software, is the property of The Cube or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Photography and Recording

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. Professional photography and video equipment require prior authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers of The Cube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at the Event. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Quicket (quicket.me) for ticketing and Instagram for social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
